Superior room felt claustrophobic with no view!!! Torn bed sheets and broken bathroom door were disappointing!!! Internet issues disrupted connectivity, not to mention erratic hot water supply. A solid upgrade in room furnishings and maintenance is needed!!!

a great atmosphere complemented by the stunning views from our room's balcony. The staff were always eager to assist, making our stay exceptionally enjoyable. On the downside, some areas might need updating, but overall, it was an unforgettable experience.

A highlight was the extensive breakfast with options like pancakes, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit, which catered to diverse tastes, making every morning enjoyable.

The staff are the true stars here, particularly Paul who helped my husband with his foot injury every day for three days. We felt like we were in a little oasis, the tranquil atmosphere and exceptional service made it a memorable stay.
